Nurse/Nursing Specialist - Lead Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact person for the nursing service during the night shift
• Exercise decision-making authority for all wards during the night
• Clarify organizational problems and questions
• Provide relief for breaks as needed
• Support patient transport and positioning to reduce workload peaks
• Take over ward duties in the event of acute staff shortages during the night

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Pflegefachkraft)
• Several years of experience in an acute care hospital
