Responsibilities

• Work within a multidisciplinary team
• Provide nursing care for people with dementia within a primary nursing framework
• Document treatment progress and developments
• Contribute ideas and knowledge to the further development of nursing processes and structures

Requirements

• Completed training as a nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger) or geriatric nurse (Altenpfleger)
• Social competence and willingness to shape changes
• Empathy and appreciation for working with people with dementia
• Openness to new developments and scientific findings
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
