Responsibilities

• Perform standard nursing duties in patients' homes
• Act as a coordinator on scheduled days
• Ensure patients and relatives are involved in care and feel secure
• Document in Take Care and plan care using AlfaWelfare

Requirements

• Registered nurse (sjuksköterska)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advanced home care or home nursing
• Specialist training (e.g., oncology, palliative care, or DSK)
• Experience with Take Care or AlfaWelfare
