About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accredited and non-accredited healthcare competency training, including Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, and Medication administration.
  • Facilitate training sessions both virtually and face-to-face using provided session plans and resources.
  • Conduct student assessments through practical observations and the marking of theoretical tests.
  • Support student success through engaging instruction in specialized areas such as PEG tubes, Diabetes care, and Dementia awareness.

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 qualification, or recent clinical training experience.
  • Proven RN experience in acute care, aged care, or disability support (NDIS experience preferred).
  • Experience in delivering healthcare training (e.g., BLS, Manual Handling).
  • Confidence in utilizing technology for course delivery.
  • Valid COVID-19 vaccination and full Australian working rights.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $68.50 (inclusive of casual loading) plus superannuation.
