Responsibilities

• Support the occupational health process by collaborating in health care and promotion actions in accordance with company policies and current regulations.
• Assist in the health risk management process to identify, analyze, evaluate, and control potential impacts on employees.
• Execute actions assigned by the Occupational Health Coordinator to ensure personnel remain physically fit for the business unit.
• Help in the attention, follow-up, and investigation of work accidents to identify causes and propose actions to reduce frequency and severity.
• Perform support activities for the proper administration and management of the Medical Service to achieve program goals.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Nursing or Paramedic.
• At least 1 year of experience in Occupational Health.
• Advanced knowledge of Occupational Medicine.
• Advanced knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene.
• Expert level in handling First Aid equipment.
• Basic knowledge of English (reading, writing, and conversation).
