Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for Family Health, Executive, Occupational, and Travel Health programs
• Conduct individual patient assessments, including health assessments, immunizations, and wound care
• Perform triage for acute concerns and provide anticipatory guidance to clients
• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for all consultations
• Review medical histories and provide counseling on disease prevention and travel medicine requirements
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care

Requirements

• BScN degree
• Current RN certification and BC license in good standing
• Up-to-date First Aid/CPR certification
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in the private or public sector

Preferred Qualifications

• BC CDC immunization course completion
• ACLS certification
• Previous experience in primary care or acute care settings
• Proficiency with EMR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
