About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide thorough and comprehensive nursing care in accordance with hospital service standards and regulations
- Assist patients physically and psychologically before and during medical procedures
- Prepare patients for administrative needs and provide comprehensive health education to families
- Manage equipment collection, maintenance, and return to CSSD
- Monitor patient health conditions, including vital signs and psychological state, during and after procedures
- Implement recording and reporting systems for accurate nursing care documentation
- Carry out emergency medical and nursing actions as required in specialized units
- Perform initial patient assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and care plans
- Collaborate with doctors to ensure smooth examination and treatment processes
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of clinical experience depending on specific unit requirements
- Experience in specialized areas such as Chemotherapy, Dialysis, Emergency, or ICU is a plus
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
