Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough and comprehensive nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and regulations
• Assist patients physically and psychologically before and during medical procedures
• Prepare patients for administrative needs and provide education to families
• Manage medical equipment, ensuring it is collected, returned to CSSD, and functioning properly
• Collect operational data and prepare reports for superiors
• Implement quality and safety procedures, including attending training and documenting indicators
• Monitor patient health conditions, including vital signs and psychological state, during and after actions

Requirements

• Minimum education: Professional Nurse
• Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Patient-oriented mindset
