Nurse

Responsibilities

• Receive patients in accordance with hospital service standards
• Conduct initial patient assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and prioritize needs
• Perform periodic reassessments based on patient condition and treatment plans
• Analyze patient assessment data to plan and execute nursing actions
• Ensure availability of necessary equipment and medicines and assist doctors during examinations
• Provide comprehensive education to patients and their families regarding recovery processes
• Observe, evaluate, and report patient condition developments to doctors
• Maintain complete documentation of treatments and patient history
• Collect operational data and create reports for management analysis
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Profession from Nursing
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an inpatient area
