Nurse

Responsibilities

• Prepare facilities for smooth service by arranging room safety, comfort, and ensuring equipment and medicines are ready
• Provide nursing care using standard practices, including emergency medical actions and patient monitoring
• Assist patients before and during medical procedures by providing physical and psychological preparation
• Manage post-procedure administrative needs including home care instructions, sick certificates, and prescriptions
• Implement and maintain accurate recording and reporting systems for nursing care
• Follow quality and safety procedures and participate in required training and data collection

Requirements

• Minimum Professional Nurse education (Profesi Ners)
• Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills
