About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and regulations
- Assist patients physically and psychologically before and during medical procedures
- Prepare patients for administrative needs and provide education to families
- Manage medical equipment, ensuring collection and return to CSSD in complete condition
- Collect operational data and prepare reports for superiors
- Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training
- Maintain facility readiness by checking equipment functionality and medicine availability
- Monitor patient vital signs and health conditions during and after procedures
- Maintain accurate recording and reporting systems for nursing care
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a general area
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
