Responsibilities
- Prepare facilities for smooth service by arranging room safety and comfort
- Ensure all required equipment is functioning and medicines are available
- Provide nursing care using standard practices and monitor patient health conditions
- Assist patients physically and psychologically before and during medical procedures
- Manage post-procedure administrative needs including home care instructions and prescriptions
- Maintain accurate recording and reporting systems for nursing care
- Implement quality and safety procedures and participate in hospital training
Requirements
- Minimum Pendidikan Profesi Ners
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong responsibility and communication skills
