Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations related to patient care and safety
• Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated with the latest nursing practices
• Promote a positive and compassionate environment for patients and their families

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and patient care standards
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Experience in specialized areas such as critical care, emergency, or pediatrics
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
