Nurse Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert advisor to healthcare organizations to help them implement and optimize clinical software
• Analyze client needs and create customized clinical workflows to improve the nursing experience
• Develop and execute implementation strategies tailored to the specific needs of each organization
• Provide ongoing guidance and project management throughout the software implementation lifecycle
• Partner with hospitals and clinics as a nurse liaison to help them achieve nursing informatics goals
• Potential to join the clinical informatics team to develop system content and conduct software demonstrations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or greater (BSN preferred)
• A proven history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of the time (typically 1-2 trips per month lasting 2-4 days each)
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation is reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination
