About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality urgent care services in alignment with clinical guidelines and Oregon regulations
- Create a welcoming, supportive environment for patients and families
- Collaborate closely with medical assistants, radiology, and front-office staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Provide accessible, non-emergency care to help patients avoid unnecessary ER visits
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Oregon NP or PA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA license or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of diagnostics, treatment protocols, and medication management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for patient-centered care
