Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in an outpatient setting
• Perform gynecologic care, UTI and vaginal infection consults, and IUD insertions
• Manage common primary care needs including hypertension, diabetes, and mental health
• Float across multiple Los Angeles clinic locations to support staffing gaps and high-volume periods
• Integrate into clinic workflows and uphold documentation and patient experience standards
• Support provider inbox work, RN team needs, and clinical mentorship when not in patient visits

Requirements

• NP or PA with national board certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA)
• Active California license and active DEA
• 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience with a focus on women’s health
• Proficiency with EHRs, technology, and AI-supported documentation
• Ability to work with high autonomy across multiple clinic environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing Nexplanon insertions and/or colposcopies
• Experience in trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and gender-affirming care
• Experience managing depression and anxiety in outpatient primary care
• Experience incorporating integrative medicine into care planning
• Experience serving diverse communities
