Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients seeking Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and wellness services
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and laboratory findings
• Prescribe and monitor hormone replacement therapies, supplements, and related treatments
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, benefits, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation within Athena EMR

Requirements

• Current APRN or PA-C license in the state of practice
• DEA license and prescriptive authority
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Functional Medicine, or Endocrinology
• Experience managing menopause, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), or thyroid optimization
• Experience with Athena EMR
