About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Charlotte, NC region
- Perform physical examinations and develop diagnoses and treatment plans
- Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications and supplies as needed
- Communicate with office staff and clinical operations via internal platforms
- Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and foster trust with patients and families
Requirements
- Board Certified NP or PA with valid North Carolina certification
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
- Strong clinical skills to accurately assess, diagnose, and treat patients
- Ability to problem solve and operate independently with a positive demeanor
