Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Charlotte, NC region
• Perform physical examinations and develop diagnoses and treatment plans
• Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications and supplies as needed
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations via internal platforms
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and foster trust with patients and families

Requirements

• Board Certified NP or PA with valid North Carolina certification
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
• Strong clinical skills to accurately assess, diagnose, and treat patients
• Ability to problem solve and operate independently with a positive demeanor
