Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Clinicians visit patients in their homes to provide a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in the Raleigh, NC region
• Assess patient health through physical examinations and medical history updates
• Develop diagnoses, impressions, and treatment plans
• Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications or supplies
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations
• Foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings

Requirements

• Board Certified with valid NP or PA certification in North Carolina
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
• Strong clinical skills for accurate assessment and diagnosis
• Ability to operate independently and problem solve
• Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospice experience
