Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose acute and chronic health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and implement therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients and families about health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Perform clinical skills including phlebotomy, IV insertion, administering vaccines, and EKGs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide continuity of care through home visits on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• Current CA License as NP or current CA Licensed PA
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing NP or PA-C
• BLS & ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Availability for flexible weekend coverage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency, or Family Medicine
