Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Aesthetic Injector

Responsibilities

• Serve as the only aesthetic provider in the Gold Coast med spa, performing all treatments autonomously
• Conduct detailed patient consultations, crafting individualized treatment plans and presenting pricing
• Administer both on-label and off-label aesthetic procedures safely and effectively
• Manage patient expectations, address potential complications, and deliver exceptional outcomes independently
• Drive service and product sales directly, building rapport and trust with each client
• Operate with a high degree of independence, making real-time clinical decisions without onsite supervision
• Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to grow revenue and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a traditional med spa setting
• Demonstrated clinical confidence with minimal to no training required for procedures
• Experience with both on-label and off-label aesthetic treatments
• Proven ability to handle patient dissatisfaction and complications independently
• Strong communication, sales, and client relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude and self-motivation
