Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities, including debridement and advanced dressings
- Collaborate within a physician-led team model to support clinical growth and patient outcomes
- Travel daily between multiple patient locations in a mobile, facility-based role
Requirements
- MSN or DNP from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of practice
- National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
- DEA registration or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and comfort with extensive daily driving
Preferred Qualifications
- Wound care experience preferred but not required

- Starting base pay of $120,000–$145,000 annually, with potential to earn up to $171,000+ through bonuses
- Per-patient visit pay, per-procedure pay, and quarterly bonus program (up to 30% additional income)

- 36 hours of company-provided CME, plus conferences, workshops, and online courses
- No call and flexible scheduling with custom software to reduce documentation time
