Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities, including debridement and advanced dressings
• Collaborate within a physician-led team model to support clinical growth and patient outcomes
• Travel daily between multiple patient locations in a mobile, facility-based role

Requirements

• MSN or DNP from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of practice
• National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
• DEA registration or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and comfort with extensive daily driving

Preferred Qualifications

• Wound care experience preferred but not required

• Starting base pay of $120,000–$145,000 annually, with potential to earn up to $171,000+ through bonuses
• Per-patient visit pay, per-procedure pay, and quarterly bonus program (up to 30% additional income)
