Nurse Practitioner (Women's Health)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women across the lifespan
• Conduct comprehensive well-woman exams, including screenings, education, and counseling
• Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecologic conditions
• Provide care and guidance for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause including hormone therapy
• Collaborate with patients to develop individualized care plans focused on prevention and wellness
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging
• Manage prescription medications, including hormone therapies and contraceptives
• Partner with physicians and fellow providers to coordinate care
• Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, lifestyle, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic health record system
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts

Requirements

• WHNP certification required
• Clinical experience in women's health
• Passion for menopause care, preventative health, and patient education
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
