Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Complete 6–9 in-home health assessments per day
• Review medical history and risk factors
• Collect vitals, labs, and screening data
• Document findings in EMR
• Educate members on next steps
• Coordinate follow-up if red flags show
• Navigate daily routes within Whatcom County

Requirements

• Active NP license in Washington state
• 6+ months of experience performing wellness exams
• Master’s in Nursing or higher
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week
