Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide team-based clinical care in a medical home setting
• Perform routine clinic operations, including taking patient histories and making physical assessments
• Support patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change
• Adhere to the mission of providing quality, integrated healthcare to the community

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
• Demonstrated sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as an NP or PA
• Fluency in Spanish

Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $58,333 to $77,083
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Part-time schedule (2.5 days per week)
