Responsibilities

• Partner with Atria pediatricians to provide exceptional care in a state of the art facility and during home visits
• Provide Preventive Care, Well Visits & Personalized Health Assessments
• Perform minor procedures such as insertion of a peripheral IV, phlebotomy, wound care and vaccinations
• Correspond with families in writing via secure message and email
• Adhere to ethical principles and professional standards of practice
• Provide occasional nursing tasks for adult patients

Requirements

• Current New York License with nurse practitioner credential in Pediatrics or Family
• 2+ years’ Pediatric experience as NP
• National Board Certification as NP (Pediatrics or Family)
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Experience with vaccination, phlebotomy, catheterization, intravenous line placement, and medication administration
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel for home visits
