About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage urgent care cases and patients with chronic conditions or acute exacerbation symptoms
- Provide acute care telehealth visits across the network as needed
- Treat pediatric patients aged 6 months and older
- Assist with in-basket work periodically
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years Primary Care or Urgent Care experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends

- Salary range of $183,066 - $228,227 per annum plus up to 10% annual performance incentives
