Responsibilities

• Provide direct primary care to a managed patient panel
• Manage in-basket tasks and provide panel support
• Deliver outpatient clinical care in a collaborative team environment
• Provide cross coverage for colleagues and participate in 1 in 9 weekend call
• Work across both Castro Valley and Hayward clinic locations

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of urgent care or primary care experience
• Ability to work at both Castro Valley and Hayward clinic locations
