Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for a primary care panel
• Manage in-basket tasks and provide panel support
• Perform full-spectrum primary care including basic outpatient procedures
• Maintain patient records using EPIC Electronic Medical Records

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
• Ability to work on-site in Pleasanton, CA
