Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Active U.S. license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN for NPs; NCCPA for PAs)
• Specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Medicine
