Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications and treatment plans, and address acute or emergent issues
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Active U.S. license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN (NP), or NCCPA (PA)
• Qualified specialty such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Medicine
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
