Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility through programs like remote patient monitoring and chronic care management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in the Winterhaven/Davenport, FL region
• Assess patient health through physical examinations, medical histories, and care planning
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications or medically necessary interventions
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations
• Foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings

Requirements

• Board Certified with valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
• Strong clinical skills for accurate assessment and diagnosis
• Ability to operate independently and problem solve
• Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospice experience
