Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Our clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Temple, TX
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations and updating medical histories
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications or supplies
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings

Requirements

• Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Texas
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
• Strong clinical skills for accurate assessment and diagnosis
• Ability to problem solve and operate independently
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospice experience
