About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Marion County, FL
- Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations and studying medical histories
- Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications or supplies
- Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations
- Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
- Attend quarterly medical staff meetings
Requirements
- Board Certified with valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
- Strong clinical skills for accurate assessment and diagnosis
- Ability to problem solve and operate independently

- Hospice experience
