Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Our clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility through programs like remote patient monitoring and chronic care management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Northeast Oklahoma City
• Assess patient health by performing physical examinations and updating medical histories
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications or supplies
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations
• Foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers during home visits

Requirements

• Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
• Strong clinical skills for accurate assessment and diagnosis
• Ability to operate independently and problem solve
• Hospice experience is highly preferred
