About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to patients in and around Tulsa, OK
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations
• Obtain, update, and study medical histories and create care plans
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers
• Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications or supplies

Requirements

• Board Certified NP or PA
• Valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
• Strong clinical skills for assessment and diagnosis
• Ability to problem solve and operate independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospice experience
