About the role
About the Company
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality care to patients in and around Tulsa, OK
- Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations
- Obtain, update, and study medical histories and create care plans
- Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations
- Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers
- Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications or supplies
Requirements
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
- Strong clinical skills for assessment and diagnosis
- Ability to problem solve and operate independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospice experience
