Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive preventive health screenings using high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support
• Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data
• Provide member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies
• Escalate findings to Physicians that warrant physician-level review
• Collaborate with Operators, Physicians, and care teams to improve continuity of care and member experience

Requirements

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• National board certification (ANCC or AANP) in good standing
• Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment
• Genuine belief in the mission of preventive medicine
• Member-first instinct and focus on member experience
