Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including on-site and virtual supervision
• Administer infusions and injections with precision
• Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and document SOAP notes
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and disease management
• Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams
• Support operations including inventory management and prior authorizations

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• BLS certification required
• Ability to treat both adult and pediatric populations
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and EHR systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
• PALS certification
• Experience in an ambulatory infusion center or outpatient specialty clinic
