Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including on-site and virtual supervision for infusions and injections
• Conduct patient assessments, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, side effects, and disease management
• Maintain accurate records in EHR systems and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance care coordination
• Support clinical operations including inventory management and prior authorizations
• Maintain flexibility to work at multiple facilities within the designated market

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• BLS certification required (PALS preferred)
• Ability to treat both adult and pediatric populations (FNP preferred)
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and EHR systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in an ambulatory infusion center or outpatient specialty clinic
• Experience with specialty biologics and medication management
