Responsibilities
- Perform daily clinical evaluations of cardiac patients within the Cath Lab, Emergency Department, and Inpatient Units
- Provide specialized cardiovascular nursing care through consultation and collaboration with supervisory physicians
- Operate within the framework of jointly approved clinical protocols
- Participate in patient education, clinical consultation, and research activities at various levels
Requirements
- Current Maryland Acute Care Nurse Practitioner licensure
- ANCC Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- MSN degree
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
