Nurse/Physiotherapist Home Care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home care services to patients according to company service and quality levels
• Register all patient visit information (home visits and consultations) in the corresponding digital system
• Educate patients regarding their specific pathologies and medical conditions
• Provide direct support to patients regarding their therapy and equipment needs
• Resolve incidents related to therapies or medical equipment
• Perform continuous follow-up for home care and consultation patients
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental objectives
• Participate in digital transformation processes by using and contributing to new automation tools

Requirements

• University degree in Nursing or Physiotherapy
• Valid professional registration (colegiación)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar healthcare roles
• Driving license (Type B) with at least 2 years of validity and regular driving experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to travel and perform localized on-call duties if necessary
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to new digital tools
