Nurse/Physiotherapist Home Care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home care services to patients according to defined service levels and quality standards
• Register all patient visit information (home visits and consultations) into the corresponding system
• Educate patients regarding their specific pathologies and medical conditions
• Provide direct therapy support and respond to patient requests
• Resolve incidents related to therapies or medical equipment
• Perform follow-ups for home care and consultation patients
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental objectives
• Participate in digital transformation processes, including the automation of tasks and use of new digital tools

Requirements

• University degree in Nursing or Physiotherapy
• Professional registration (colegiación) required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar healthcare roles
• Valid Type B driving license with at least 2 years of validity and regular driving experience
• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and digital tools
• Availability to travel and perform localized on-call duties if necessary
