Nurse/Physiotherapist Home Care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home care services to patients according to defined service levels and quality standards
• Register all patient visit information (home visits and/or consultations) into the corresponding digital system
• Educate patients regarding their specific pathologies and medical conditions
• Provide direct support to patients regarding their therapy and equipment needs
• Resolve incidents related to therapies or medical equipment
• Perform continuous follow-up for home care and consultation patients
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental objectives within the area of influence
• Participate in digital transformation processes by using new tools and automating tasks

Requirements

• University degree in Nursing or Physiotherapy
• Professional registration (colegiación) required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar healthcare roles
• Valid Type B driving license with at least 2 years of validity and regular driving experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Intermediate level of English (speaking and writing)
• Ability to travel and perform localized on-call duties if necessary
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to new digital tools
