Nurse (Oncology Specialized Interprofessional Team)

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous and medically delegated complex nursing care to adult oncology patients at home
• Deliver personalized care considering the patient's social, psychological, and environmental context
• Act as a situation referent in accordance with nursing ethical codes
• Develop interprofessional relationships within the oncology project and the Geneva oncology network (HUG, Ligue contre le cancer, OTIUM)
• Support the institutional mission of maintaining autonomy at home

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with authorization to practice in the canton of Geneva
• CAS in oncology with a proven interest in the field
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in home care
• Proficiency in technical nursing procedures
• Ability to work autonomously and within an interdisciplinary team
• High level of interpersonal skills and stress management
• Essential mobility (bicycle or car)
