About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, promote, and support the health and safety of hospital staff, including employees, volunteers, medical staff, and contractors
- Perform post-offer health screens, immunity screenings, and vaccinations
- Manage infectious disease screening, detection, and prevention
- Provide employee illness and injury services and medical surveillance
- Assist with case management for Occupational Health, ADA accommodations, drug screening results, and Worker's Compensation
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Infection Prevention and Control, and Safety personnel to promote a safe work environment
Requirements
- Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- Three or more years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficient typing and data-entry skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and establish positive cross-functional relationships
