Nurse Occupational and Employee Health

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, promote, and support the health and safety of hospital staff, including employees, volunteers, medical staff, and contractors
• Perform post-offer health screens, immunity screenings, and vaccinations
• Manage infectious disease screening, detection, and prevention
• Provide employee illness and injury services and medical surveillance
• Assist with case management for Occupational Health, ADA accommodations, drug screening results, and Worker's Compensation
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Infection Prevention and Control, and Safety personnel to promote a safe work environment

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
• Three or more years of clinical nursing experience
• Proficient typing and data-entry skills
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and establish positive cross-functional relationships
