Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and primary healthcare to site personnel and respond to workplace injuries or medical emergencies
• Stabilize patients and coordinate ambulance or hospital transfers
• Maintain emergency medical equipment, first aid stations, and medical inventory
• Conduct health assessments, monitor chronic conditions, and perform routine vital checks
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi OSHAD / ADOSH requirements and maintain accurate medical records
• Support health prevention through heat stress monitoring, vaccination campaigns, and awareness sessions
• Prepare monthly health reports for Project Management and HSE teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid Nursing License (DOH – Department of Health Abu Dhabi preferred)
• Mandatory Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 8–10 years of nursing experience
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, industrial, oil & gas, or remote site environments
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work on an active construction site with a 6-day working week and outdoor exposure

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification
• Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic
