Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within a flexible pool system
• Support long-term absence management through flexible scheduling
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with various professional groups and departments

Requirements

• Completed training in nursing (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege), nursing specialist (Pflegefachkraft), or geriatric nursing (Altenpflegefachkraft)
• Relevant professional experience or career changer status
• Completed or ongoing additional specialized training
