Nurse Medical Check Up

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical Check Up participants according to hospital standards
• Ensure safety, comfort, and completeness of medical equipment and medicine in the room
• Prepare participants physically and psychologically before medical procedures
• Perform complete documentation in participant files before, during, and after procedures
• Facilitate participant needs and observe patients during doctor procedures to ensure safety
• Manage administrative discharge needs including care instructions, certificates, and prescriptions
• Provide health education and consultation to participants to promote healthy living
• Collect data and prepare operational reports for superiors
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in a general area
