Nurse Manager, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) Clinic at the South Loop location
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, selection, and scheduling to ensure high-quality patient care
• Direct patient-centered care activities, including assessing patient acuity and planning assignments for inpatients and outpatients
• Supervise staff performance through formal and informal evaluations and provide guidance for professional development
• Collaborate with the Medical Director on quality assurance, research protocols, and clinical data collection
• Manage administrative duties including budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and facility/equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory agency standards, including JCAHO accreditation processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited academic body
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid, unrestricted Illinois State license
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an ambulatory healthcare setting
• Familiarity with Epic and other UCH Information Systems
