Nurse Manager, MDS & Clinical Reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Lead resident assessment and care planning processes
• Oversee MDS completion and reimbursement accuracy
• Ensure alignment across clinical care, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate resident conditions and develop person-centered care plans
• Support ICD-10 coding accuracy
• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and support staffing development
• Manage survey readiness and quality assurance initiatives

Requirements

• Current State RN license
• CPR/AED certification
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Effective leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• RAC Certification and/or MDS/PPS reimbursement experience
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and regulatory requirements
• Prior nurse management or supervisory experience
• Minimum two years of MDS and geriatric nursing experience
